Very true but JC is a respected member of the clergy. (He's a rabbi, you know)

We are not a Jewish nation either. None of us should be taking our orders from any religious sect, organization or clergy.

Only you could have pulled this off, Lew. Brilliant.

Ok, so here's the thing, Mr. Christ..Can I call you Jeez?

There is a presidential candidate who is a little wobbly, maybe a little weird. A candidate with a famous last name also runs, but isn't doing so well. The party has a moment when they panic and want another candidate- the Sec of the Treasury, maybe, or a well-known general. They go so far as to start taking action to have another convention. Then They take a deep breath and decide, no - we'll stay the course. This person will be ok.

And if they hadn't, the Presidential candidate would have been Salmon P. Chase or Gen. Ulysses S. Grant, and they wouldn't have won. Because the party got their act together, Abraham Lincoln was elected, and you pretty much know the rest.

It'll be ok. We just have to be "We, the People"

(thanks to Keith Olbermann)

Unfortunately, as another sign of age, Joe apparently could not hear (or understand) Jesus's plea. Oy!

Think of what the alternative would be like if Biden stepped down.

Get into the streets, knock on doors, make phone calls, send out post cards; do it all and hope for a Biden win; the other outcome stinks.
